Deep inside the dirt of hurt
immeasurable worth
awaits to be unearthed
But the head dare not flirt
With the pain of rebirth
So we train our hearts to regurge’
Eat words instead of speak words
stuck in a loop like reverb
But when…absorb into the either
We are neither-neither
Loosed from the cypher we see higher
Spit fire with inspiration but then…
illumination fades and wanes and
Darkness like yawning dashing waves
Crash in
Seem to Tsunami all Passion!
These patterns of emotion in full spectrum
Happiness to depression
Indifference to full investment of affection
Embrace and inspect both directions
For wisdom unfolds in circadian rhythm
Her children are molded through spontaneous Ism So keep on living…

Life is teaching lessons
disguised in both curses & blessings
You’re required to be present
Life in essence is a festival
Filled with spectacle
Some delectable…some questionable
Life force in it’s source is centrifugal
From natural to spiritual and back it’s a sphere
spiraling higher and lower expanding contracting in-acting embedded messages & narratives!
You seek deliverance? There it is!
The code is not derelict!
Does not contradict the imperative
Stop and stare at the carrot stick
Notice how just what you’ve always wanted is flaunting outside the grip
Stop grasping,
Asking life to be other than what it already is
And learn to love it in the valleys
And love it in the summit
Love it as it’s coming cause’ once it’s done you’ve done it
And everyone gets this one wild and precious life
Handed to, so tell me what do you plan to do

The map of the path is inside of you
You’ve always had it.

Theory has it
that the document is so massive
that if stretched it would wrap around this whole planet and the sun 600 times!
Such a wonderful mind
That would combine it all and kindly wind it in the form of a spine.
Tingling, intermingling in a sing-a-long
Like a familiar jingle you can’t put your finger on.
but the tune lingers on so you catch yourself singing the song.
It’s amusing that what we call a ball of confusion
Clocks a 1,000 miles an hour in daily revolutions
Our heads spinning in circles, the earth spinning in cycles
How much does it really cost to spend time being mindful?
How can you put a price on lifting the blindfold?
And go beyond seeing life to being life!
