Hum Meditation by Fred Lynch Welcome to the sacred home. More than just a passive musical experience. This album is designed to invite you into a daily practice to enhance your connection to the divine through mindful awareness. This session is a five minute mantra exercise, initiating divine connection through the simplicity of homing. So let's start by intentionally calming the mind and the body into a settled rhythm of deep breathing. In the Inhale, slowly straightening the spine neck while letting the shoulders drop. As you exhale, relax your jaw and gently shaped your mouth as if you are about to save a letter M. Next, we'll execute a few rounds of audible and silent breaths like an audible breath cycle is accomplished by breathing and purposely adding or amplifying the sound of air as it flows through your air passages. You can even control the intensity by slightly constricting or relaxing the muscles along your respiratory tract. Now, three cycles of audible breathing, slowly inhaling and exhaling loud directing your attention to the sound and feeling of the air current within the breadth of sound. Very good. Silent breath is the very opposite. The goal is to purposely allow the breath to continue flowing while relaxing your respiratory tract to the point that you do not create any audible friction. But allow the breath to come and go silently, ghostly, and it still is possible. Sitting in the stillness and silence. Take your time and do three silent breath. Very good. Now, sitting in this creative state, we begin the secret home by inhaling deeply and as you exhale with each hum. Allow your lips to barely touch so that the humming sound you create will reverberate through muscle and bone to the point of acute vibration and resonance. Allow yourself to get lost within the field the ebb and flow of spirit force, soul force, body force all aligning, coming into what. Now for this closing. Allow the intensity of the hub to vibrate to the point that you feel it in your teeth and in your nasal passages. You will allow the hum to go as long as your breath can take in an extended home that rides along the full span of your breath. Don't worry about the rhythm. Just allow the hum to ride all the way through to your breath is gone.

Like how the body’s a temple. Like how the temple’s an instrument. Like how a thousand instruments assembled resemble A transcendental symphony In fractal instruments For instance, within each is a deposit of Divine content Meant to bring contentment to all seven continents But how much of the collective consciousness Understood what the content meant? Don’t get it bent I’m an eminention of Omni-sense Connected ta common sense sent on reconnaissance Pulling the puzzle pieces together properly A meer minister administering Miniature measures of elixir that Cures your ailing properties! And ain’t no stopping me Godspeed velocity My philosophy is the allotment lodged Within the ‘lot-of-me’ is greater than the lottery There’s a whole lot I gotta see so I proceed on my Odyssey Till one day I drop the knee before God and be like, “Here’s to your Generosity”

Hold That Thought by Fred Lynch Welcome to the sacred studio guided meditation series and experience designed to guide you as you connect to the divine through mindful practice. This session is a sustained focus exercise, where we will focus on fixing our attention on a certain target without wandering off. I call this meditation Hold that thought, is a powerful technique that has exponential physiological benefits as you grow in this attainable skill of sustained focus. We all know how the mind wanders and seems to never stay still. neurological science has reported and confirmed what mindfulness practitioners have known experience in passed down for millennia, that the awareness that emerges by paying attention on purpose without judgment is about the highest quality of mind state that can be attained. As you grow in this skill, you will see how the ability to hold that thought can permeate so many other aspects of your life and help transform your entire life in lasting waves. So let's start with one idea that we will allow to illuminate our entire being as we scan our bodies with this thought in mind. And this thought that you are a perfect thought in the heart and mind of the infinite Creator. Now that you are focusing on that thought your assignment is to hold that thought and see it as a restorative beam of light that shines and transforms whatever you direct your attention towards. Now, take a deep breath. And as you exhale, draw your attention to the top of your skull. View your skull, relax. Feel this feeling of relaxation. Gently descend to your forehead, to your eyes and your ears, to your nose, your cheeks, your jaw, your neck. And noticing when the mind is wandering, observing the distractions, how they derail and without punishment or condemnation, gently invite your attention back to the moment. Holding that thought. Zooming in your attention on your shoulders, your upper arm, your elbow, your forearms, your wrists and your hands. And again noticing if the mind is wandering. If it's agitated, or distracted, or bored or sleeping, without giving yourself a hard time, remember where you were holding the thought right at your hands. Bringing the attention to the chest rib cage noticing the expansion and contraction with the in breath and the out breath. The lungs, the heart, the heartbeat, bringing that focused attention to the abdomen, the belly, the pelvic region, the growing the buttocks. Noticing where the mind is and if it's lost and thought caught up in the story or distracted without giving yourself a hard time lovingly accept this discovery and gently return your attention back to the thought that you are learning to raise your attention to your legs, your cow sheep down to the bottom of your feet. The sensation in and around your feet. And as this meditation comes to an end, bringing your attention to your entire body. Hold the thought of your body being fully scanned, fully held in attention. Taking a moment, honor and congratulate yourself for coming to this practice of mindfulness, a practice of compassion and ancient wisdom. May you allow this love and wisdom to flow through the rest of your day, to be a force for good in the world.

Gratitude Shower by Fred Lynch Welcome to your sacred studio, meditation series and experience designed to guide you as you connect to the divine through mindful practice. This session is an open awareness exercise, a type of freestyle flow, where we will allow our minds to wander into areas of deep gratitude for extended moments of time. We often use words. Getting lost in the moment or time flies when you're having fun to explain the all to human phenomena called immersion immersion is when you're so caught up in an experience that your regular sense of time seems to fall away. And you find yourself in what psychologists Csíkszentmihályi originally coined. As a flow state, which is a state of heightened focus and ecstatic engagement that occurs in activities such as art play and work. Well, I want to add that it can certainly happen when engaging in sacred moments. I call this meditation a gratitude shower. It can be done at any time, but I highly recommend trying it. First thing in the morning before you even get out of bed. I came up with the phrase gratitude shower, because of the nature of what happens to your heart and mind when you do this meditation studies show that when the brain and heart are immersed in moments of gratitude that a flood or a shower of all of them, Feel good hormones, such as serotonin, dopamine oxytocin, and even endorphins, which trigger the famous runners high are released into the bloodstream circulating within the body for as long as six hours. A second reason that I coined the name. It's just like daily hygiene maintenance. I've discovered that this practice, consequently washes away, idle, resentment, and natural negativity while preparing your heart for more positive discovery and appreciation. So as we prepare to enter into this guided meditation, I'm going to lead you into three different levels of gratitude showers that can be done throughout the course of the day from early rising. To the mid point. So the closing of the day, providing six hours of gratitude, shower, power to last throughout today. So let's get started level one, take a deep breath and mentally go back over the last 24 hours of your day and think of a tangible action point of appreciation that transpired. Through your day. This can be anything from an act of kindness from your spouse to a humorous event, to an attitude or a simple look that stood out as you mentally reflect when you have the moment focus on it and let it open your heart to the point that your emotions stirred with grants. I think the next 10 seconds, the fine and focus on that. The next step is important. Now join a physical expression to the mental impression to commemorate the moment. This can be as simple as slightly bowing your head as if respectfully greeting or acknowledging the moment before you, or vocally sharing that moment of grace with a spouse or a friend and letting them know that you love and appreciate them or better yet speaking out loud to the cream. Who graciously gave you the moment or even humming to yourself. It's important to join a physical expression to the mental impression so that the moment doesn't just stay in your head. So do it now. That's it you've opened your heart to gratitude to let the positive hormones do their work for the next six hours. Capitalize on the benefits of these hormones by inclining into joy and being aware of positivity as it occurs. Take a brief moment and use your imagination to summon an inward secret and sacred second evoke your sacred second by flexing your fingers, which you are about to use as meditation guide. Start with your pinky finger and think of a moment in your personal life that you will always be grateful for and using each finger count through 10 brief points of gratitude. Then go back for 10 more in the opposite direction. These can be unforgettable moments in life, a graduation, a wedding, the first time meeting someone that you deeply love. Additionally, you can use things about yourself or about others that you are truly great for the greater, the emotion of gratitude that these items induce the better be sure to use your fingers as a guide so that you will not lose count, but you will summit at least 20 points of gratitude. Oh, physically and mentally. I'll give you a few seconds to reflect. This is the level of gratitude shower that enters into the deepest freestyle flow state. Take a deep breath as you inhale. Flex your fingers and slightly nod your head as an internal trigger of entering into the third phase of the gratitude shower, the immersion version, open your eyes and lovingly open your heart current. Sorry. Begin to scan your surroundings by moving your eyes from left to right back and forth in an easy and slow rhythm. Don't stop, but add in a head now. With your eyes as if your head is nodding to eat with your eyes landing on objects surrounding you on each downbeat. Now as your eyes, land on objects in the room, use positive emotional images. Association and connected to that object. Anything that your eyes land on allow something positive to arise. That's associated with it. You see a computer and you think technology has been out. You see a cup of water and you think hydration, hydrate, provision, and so on. And so the point is not to get bogged down in any one thing, but to allow your mind, I just slipped into a zone of open awareness, becoming absorbed, and connected to everything at once. Associating gratitude with all that you see. So I'm going to give you about 30 seconds of level three gratitude. Shout the immersion. You have now completed all three levels of the gratitude shower meditation. Take this feeling. Into the rest of your day and enjoy the beneficial effects of immersive gratitude. Namaste.

You seek deliverance? There it is! The code is not derelict! Does not contradict the imperative Stop and stare at the carrot stick Notice how just what you’ve always wanted is flaunting outside the grip Stop grasping, Asking life to be other than what it already is And learn to love it in the valleys And love it in the summit Love it as it’s coming cause’ once it’s done you’ve done it And everyone gets this one wild and precious life Handed to, so tell me what do you plan to do The map of the path is inside of you You’ve always had it. Chemically engraved in Deoxy-ribo-nucleic Acid [That’s DNA] Theory has it that the document is so massive that if stretched it would wrap around this whole planet and the sun 600 times! Such a wonderful mind That would combine it all and kindly wind it in the form of a spine. Tingling, intermingling in a sing-a-long Like a familiar jingle you can’t put your finger on. but the tune lingers on so you catch yourself singing the song. It’s amusing that what we call a ball of confusion Clocks a 1,000 miles an hour in daily revolutions Our heads spinning in circles, the earth spinning in cycles How much does it really cost to spend time being mindful? How can you put a price on lifting the blindfold? And go beyond seeing life to being life! Jesus Christ! What do I know? I’m just giving free advice.

Welcome to your sacred studio session, a daily practice designed to help enhance your connection to the divine through mindful awareness. This session is a balancing exercise that helps you hold the tension between opposite realities, and thereby grow, and resilience. We've all heard or used terms like that just tore me up for that really broke me down, which in reality is not far from the truth of what psychologically happens to us when we are traumatized. Bishop Vashti McKenzie once said, “Trouble doesn't last always, but trauma has a way of lingering in leveraging a lasting impact that alters everything we think, feel”. And when we find balance from our inner turmoil, we allow space for the weight of the trauma to be leveraged toward our betterment and benefit instead of against us. Now, just as a person going into a gym for the first time, doesn't try to pick up the heaviest weight in the room. You want to be gentle with your own soul by handling, light annoyances and daily grievances before trying to venture into the heavy weighted traumatized events of your past. But as you grow, you will know when it's time to balance out the heavier distortions and blockages. So this meditation uses a lot of visualization, and imagination. Be prepared to be taken emotionally to places that inwardly are ready to heal, grow and recover. Trust the process and lean into the reality of compassion. That love really is stronger than hate. And whatever light shines upon, can come back to life again. So begin by closing your eyes. And taking a deep breath in your mind, seeing yourself walking into one of your most favorite personal locations on earth that you've ever visited. Imagine the surroundings as perfect and safe and as tranquil as it's ever been. And as you breathe in the atmosphere, feel your heart, opening up to the moment. And exhale, a sense of timely arrival and perfect synchronicity. And appearing right before you in this beautiful place is an image of yourself. Within You are both love and you hold within your very body experiential imprints of moments when you were nurtured, and moments when you were neglected. These opposites are part of the human experience. And in order to integrate such opposites, you must practice the ability to both tolerate and balance them allow your mind to review the last 24 hours searching for those things that stand out as moments that distracted you. And moments that attract events that repelled you, and events that drew you in. It can be the memory of an emotion, or a matter of fact moment that stands out from all other moments of the day. Once you've identified both opposite impressionable experiences from your day, allow them to remain in your consciousness for a moment. Visualize each experience transforming into a ball of light in each hand. In one hand, is your favorite color. This ball of light represents the attractive moment that drew you in. Use all of your sensory modalities to enhance the vision of revisiting this impressionable moment. Feel the shape of this ball of light. Notice its color and its intensity. Notice its texture? So what does it smell like? What is its temperature? Does it pulsate vibrate? Or is it still allow the energy and experience of being drawn into this moment to fully express. Okay? Now having done that, shift over to the opposite hair, this ball of light is the very opposite color of your favorite color. This ball of light represents the distracting moment that repelled you in the same way that those feelings play out in the course. Using your senses, feel the moment all over again, as if in real time. What made you feel angry, shame or guilt. Don't attempt to change. Just be a compassionate observer. allow these feelings in ideations to become even stronger into you feel that they have honestly and authentically represent represented themselves. Hold that ball of light and sit with those emotions without any attempt being made to change them. Now imagine feeling warm, compassionate, presence, stepped into the location with you. It's Jesus. You realize that you are not alone. Hardly. You invite Jesus to join you in the space between the opposites. With further Heartland, you give Jesus full permission to couple your hands within his. As you hold these two opposite energies, a greater, more intense in golfing light begins to illuminate from Jesus's chest. Bringing the light that you hold into a more full prison to the point that you find yourself able to live in the light of love. and integrate both of these opposing lights as part of your story. Ask Jesus to help you know yourself. Know your story. and accept yourself in these difficult opposites in a way that fits into the greater prism of light that he used to bring both opposites together. Jesus smiles right at you and gives you a hug that is so real. So that you get lost in it until you find yourself being yourself. You smile back. And just as Jesus said, I'll never leave you nor forsake you. You accept His love and His life and begin to depart from your sacred meeting place

Rhymeformations by Fred Lynch The power of life and death moves within my breath. I choose to charge each word I speak with intention, attention, and the conviction of compassion. My freedom of speech is maturing by practice into ownership of alchemy. From inward outwardly I summon light energy to radiate each step I take. From darkness to light I awake into the eternal Now. My mind is sharp, My body is fit, my soul is refreshed with resurging power. I transcend negativity and open my heart to learn something from everything. Opportunity is emerging for my leveraging. With masterful measuring I gather together my most precious treasures: my time, my talent, my awareness. I fear less because I am determined to care more. Therefore, I forgive everyone who has harmed me in any way, coming or going, ignorant or knowing and I accept them as part of a bigger story that is still unfolding. I allow love from above to wash away the debris of anger and resentment. I am clear to love back with full abandon standing interdependent. My story is championed by the Spirit, my steps are ordered by His signet, and my prayers, groans, and sighs are all amplified to align with the will of the Divine! I am thriving in significant and meaningful relationships that fuel me as I fuel others. I instinctively move upward toward success, gaining the experience that I need for all that comes my way. I seize this day! I believe this way! Others see and they believe, wanting to repeat what we’ve displayed. Creativity, Authenticity and Serendipity are all literally hipping me to fresh possibility! I can see them dancing together, in my mind’s eye…whimsically! I am rooted in a deep state of Joy, causing my happiness to both acknowledge and transcend whatever is happening around me. I embrace every mistake made as knowledge well earned and grace abounding I am connected to The Source. I receive and in course become a resource. At my core, I open every pore to the inflowing river of living water, Divine Energy and Infinite Love, whose offspring I am. Offering my hand to humanity’s greatest quest, I stand fully invested in that which is bigger; I welcome hard work I cherish the rigger My income is coming in multiple figures Ever increasing to assist that which I’m here for. I steer toward true north Discern my own distortions And gently resume course Even my detours teach me to see more Devine sequence like 1,2,3,4 Infinity. The inner me is in direct proximity to limitless incentives incensing me to persist till victory! I’m stirred up, fired up, motivated, activated, stimulated, invigorated! I have an acute sense that I’ve already made it! This day to day is just a display of the big picture pixilated! Zoomed in but I’m tuned in to how daily bread is mitigated. So I integrate an inward state of patience. Letting faith make me when the things I see don’t make sense! I speak the Word to my Vegas Nerve: Peace be Still! I take command of my diaphragm: breath with ease on demand. I look to my left and to my right and slightly within peripheral sight is a glimpse of goodness…a flash of mercy The universe is certainly working, supporting me thoroughly So I stream merrily…dream of life and life of dream Exist within the space between Constant conscious communion with the compassionate creator of the cosmos From Compost to osmos’ back to cosmos back to compost….
