I’m grateful for this moment,
this singular component
Of a long song strung out
and sung out in one verse
I’m grateful for sun bursts
for moon beams and thunders
and lightnings
And Extraterrestrial
sightings
Like Gabriel and Mikey
I’m grateful that goodness and mercy’s beside behind me
Before me observing
I’m grateful for clouds that are stormy
Rain, I’m grateful for growing through pain!
Sharp signal in brain
Won’t touch that hot stove again!
So grateful experience done taught me
Caught me and brought lessons less glossy but more costly
I’m grateful I’m older, bolder
Hold my shoulders like a soldier
Perfect the pose like Yoga
I’m grateful for lazer focus
At a moment’s notice
Zoom out to cosmos zoom in to Atomic
Grateful tones melodic
Sing a song of six sense & give the six pence to the one who wrote it.
Grateful for royalties & Ascap & proceeds & trophies
Grateful for these groceries
grateful for randomness
no standard list
just watching as gratitude’s meandering
Through my observation deck
Notice that my pulse is like a sacred chant breath is like an endless vamp
Notice that I’m noticing more than jus…physics it’s mystic it’s cryptic
Symbolic hypnotic I’m grateful for all of it
Like grasping at attachments I’m grateful
Like letting go of that ish I’m grateful
Like dancing unabandoned in my Father’s mansion with full passion
Like crashing from the mountain to the valley thrashing
So glad we had this time together in all kinds of weather
Whither the weather was with us
Or gusting up against us
I’m grateful my plateful
All day I’m a stay full
Overflow spillin’ effect my child’s children and they not even here yet
I’m grateful for descendants
I’m grateful they gon’e look just like they grandma think just like they grandpa
Eek Fred stinks, they gon’e be funky
Junkies addicted to the flow and to the beat and to the groove and to the Kundalini how it make ya move.
I’m grateful for space time & time space; where I come to face my limited pace in liminal space like lemons-to-ade
I’m grateful for sugar water
When things turn out tasteful like they aught’a
I’m grateful for the Martyrs
I’m grateful when I look up at the stardust realizing that they are us
I’m grateful for the stones that are pour us

I’m grateful for spiral dynamics

I’m grateful for the Infinite Creator who created creatures freestyling in real-time like features
I’m grateful for these words: “I’m grateful”
A simple three syllable statement stated over and over in instill-able cadence
coupled with intention
Coupled in spontaneous ignition
